FounderCang Le is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Le Firm, a Southern California law firm representing homeowners associations, community association boards, and businesses in complex litigation, governance, and transactional matters. He has represented associations in thousands of matters, including cases before the California Court of Appeal, and is known for providing strategic, practical counsel tailored to each client’s needs.
Before founding Le Firm, Cang served as Chief Legal Officer for a major construction company and diversified holding company, where he managed mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, shareholder disputes, and complex commercial transactions. His combined litigation and business background provides clients with sophisticated legal strategy and direct attorney access at every stage of representation.
DeAnne Cox
Director of Business Development DeAnne Cox is the Director of Business Development and Client Relations at Le Firm, where she leads strategic growth initiatives and cultivates strong, lasting client partnerships. With over 15 years of experience as a Community Manager, DeAnne has worked with a wide range of properties and associations, including developer-controlled communities, high-rise condominiums, and large-scale master-planned communities.
Her extensive background in community management, combined with her expertise in business development and client relations, gives her a unique understanding of client needs, operational excellence, and relationship-building. DeAnne is passionate about creating meaningful connections, delivering exceptional client experiences, and helping clients navigate complex challenges with confidence and trust. Known for her professionalism, responsiveness, and people-first approach, she plays a key role in supporting Le Firm’s continued growth and reputation for excellence.
