Basics of Association Management Session 8

Le Firm will serve as instructors for CACM’s “The Basics of Association Management”, teaching Session 8: Project Management.

This eight‑session foundational course is designed to give new and developing community managers a broad understanding of the community association industry and the essential responsibilities of the profession. Throughout the program, participants explore the critical areas of community management and gain the knowledge needed to effectively manage a Common Interest Development (CID) in California.

In Session 8, we focus specifically on Project Management, equipping managers with practical tools, processes, and real‑world strategies to successfully plan, oversee, and complete association projects of all sizes.
