Le Firm is proud to participate as a speaker at the California Association of Community Managers’ 2026 High Rise and Large Scale Summit, taking place September 24–25, 2026, at the Rancho Bernardo Inn in San Diego.
This two-day educational event brings together community management professionals from across California to explore the operational, legal, technological, and community-relations challenges unique to high-rise and large-scale associations.
As part of the summit’s educational program, Le Firm will contribute practical insight grounded in our experience advising California community associations, boards, and management professionals. We look forward to participating in the collaborative discussions, sharing real-world perspectives, and connecting with industry leaders committed to strengthening the communities they serve.

Le Firm is proud to teach this advanced course for senior community managers through CMCA. The program explores the relationships, responsibilities, and processes involved in creating developer-controlled common interest developments and successfully transitioning them into owner-involved associations.
The course covers Department of Real Estate documents and regulations, start-up operations before the first close of escrow, development phasing schedules, ongoing association operations, and emerging trends affecting new communities.
Participants will also receive practical guidance for working effectively with developers, establishing service-provider requirements, and onboarding homeowners. The goal is to help community managers build a strong operational foundation that supports an efficient, informed, and well-functioning homeowners association from the outset.
