Cang has represented homeowners associations in thousands of lawsuits, including successfully arguing cases before the Court of Appeal. From contract disputes to board governance matters, he has helped associations and their boards resolve complex issues with clarity and strategy. In addition to litigation, he advises clients on preventative and transactional matters to reduce liability and avoid disputes whenever possible—while serving as a zealous advocate in the courtroom when necessary.

Before founding Le Firm, Cang served as chief legal officer of a major construction company and a diversified holding company, where he oversaw mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, shareholder disputes, and complex commercial matters. This experience allows him to serve not only community associations but also businesses seeking experienced litigation and transactional counsel.
